

Administrative Coordinator
The administrative coordinator volunteer is responsible for supporting the organization's workflow across various teams.
The administrative coordinator will oversee “Office” Management & tasks such as communications, people, information and financial management. This volunteer will ultimately provide admin support to other volunteers & organization leadership.
Content Creation
Content Creator will write and design various digital media pieces. As well as support the social media & marketing team with content creation. This includes creating posts, tweets, stories, TikToks etc. Creating graphics for various platforms & mediums including our webpage, event promotion, posters and other forms of branded content.
Event Coordinators/Support
Events Coordinators work with our Outreach lead on planning, facilitating and managing our upcoming events.
Event Coordinators & Support volunteers will be responsible for planning and executing all tasks related to hosting events for BEB. Both positions are flexible and dependent on the events we have upcoming.
Operations Coodinator
The Operations Coordinator will support the daily organizational activities and administrative tasks of Black Eco Bloom including supporting the organization's workflow across various teams and team management. The Operations Coordinator will oversee our virtual office management, respond to communications and oversee all administrative tasks, support with financial management and volunteer coordination. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with Black Eco Bloom’s Executive team and volunteers.
Communications Support
The Communications Support volunteer will be working closely with the communications lead to assist in facilitating tasks.
The Communications Support volunteer will be responsible for assisting the Communications Lead in day-to-day tasks.
Fund Development/Fundraisers
Assists the fund development coordinator with tasks. Assists with fundraising (ie. for a crowdfunding campaign, they will help with the technical aspects like collecting data, sending out thank you info to donors etc.)
